Born in Italy and influenced by years spent living in the Netherlands and the USA, Shambien's musical journey began with classical piano before teaching himself guitar and playing in metal, punk and darkwave bands during his teenage years.

After discovering rave culture and Goa trance in the 1990s, he became deeply involved in electronic music production, creating beats and experimenting with sound on computers. Although he stepped away from music for many years while working in IT and raising a family, the passion never disappeared.

Now back producing and DJing in his fifties, Shambien creates atmospheric electronic music ranging from melodic techno and trance to ambient and experimental sounds, blending decades of musical influence into a style that is uniquely his own.
